Certified Visa Translation has been incredibly helpful in the process of getting my long distance partners documents translated. We were completely unaware when applying for the visa that documents would need to be translated so you can only imagine how horrified we were when being quoted almost £500 for 7 pages ontop of the almost £200 we’d paid for the visa! Yes. USCIS accepts certified translations that include a statement of accuracy, the translator's credentials and contact details, and the date of translation. Every translation we deliver is fully USCIS-certified and meets the published USCIS requirements.
Do I need a notarised translation for a US immigration application?
For most USCIS filings a certified translation is sufficient and notarisation is not required. Some state-level filings (such as marriage record submissions) may request notarisation — add US notarization at checkout for $26.45 per document (valid for use in the United States only).
